Ford is censoring hip-hop. The very first mass-manufacturer of automobiles is showing its gray hair…ahem… and AGE- OLD-IGNORANCE…as it now allows parents to censor certain doohickeys…err..satellite radio channels, one of which includes Hip Hop Nation. Ford considers the decision as a “safety precaution.” Ford’s Safety Planning and Strategy Manager Andy Sarkisian said, “There's a lot of mature-content programming out there, and it could be somewhat of a distraction for less-mature ears.” Other stations that are censor-optional include Howard Stern and Playboy.

Boi-1da excited for 2011. Toronto’s producer extraordinaire has recently spoken about how excited he is for the upcoming year. “Man, 2011 is going to be a good year for music,” he said after mentioning working with both Drake and Lil’ Wayne again. He promises that Drizzy’s sophmore album, Take Care will have even more lyrical content and also that Wayne’s The Carter IV won’t disappoint.
